Cancellation and refund
Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of official cancellation of the event by the organizer.
In the event of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date announced, unless otherwise specified at a later date.
Liability
Africa Fashion Up cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, including strikes, administrative restrictions, natural disasters, or any other event beyond its control that prevents the event from taking place.
