Alix Morabito began her career in 2000 as an art buyer at BETC, then junior art director at Mafia. She joined Galeries Lafayette in 2005 as a women's fashion buyer. From 2008 to 2015, she was a luxury and designer buyer for the Printemps group, then director of accessories and licensing at Chloé. She returned to Galeries Lafayette in 2015 as deputy director of menswear buying, then was appointed fashion director in 2016. Since 2022, she has been director of women's, lingerie, and children's purchasing, as well as being in charge of special collaborations. She has been appointed director of product and purchasing, and member of the Galeries Lafayette executive committee, effective September 23, 2025.
