After studying international marketing and finance and training in art history, Ann-Caroline Prazan began her career in finance before quickly moving into the luxury sector with the Bogart group. Among other things, she was entrusted with the marketing and operational development of Balenciaga perfumes between 1990 and 2000, before working on perfume development at Guerlain and contributing to the success of La Petite Robe Noire.

In line with her commitment to Guerlain's artistic DNA, Ann-Caroline has been Director of Art, Culture, and Heritage since 2021, with a mission to promote the nearly two-century-old history and heritage of one of the world's leading perfume houses.
