
Élizabeth Tchoungui is a Franco-Cameroonian executive and executive director in charge of social and environmental responsibility at the Orange Group. A journalist by training and a graduate of ESJ Lille, she first pursued a distinguished career in the media, both in France and internationally, where she worked as a presenter, producer, and editorial manager, notably at TV5 Monde, France 2, and France 24.
Committed to issues of diversity, inclusion, culture, and access to knowledge, she joined Orange in 2020 to lead CSR, diversity, and solidarity initiatives, before taking charge of the group's global social and environmental responsibility strategy in 2023. In this role, she oversees policies relating to social impact, digital inclusion, ecological transition, and reducing social divides.
Also a writer and cultural activist, Élizabeth Tchoungui embodies a humanistic and committed vision of business, placing sustainability, equality, and positive transformation at the heart of her work.
