Mauritanian/Senegalese, passionate about fashion since her teens, Kadiata Diallo spent nine years in Paris at the STUDIO BERÇOT school. During her stay in Paris, she created NIUKU, which reached the Japanese market, and participated in fashion competitions such as the ANDAM FASHION AWARD and the Open My Med prize from Maison Mode Méditerranée. Aware of the need to return to her home country, she decided to embark on a journey of discovery to deepen her knowledge of textiles, focusing on the legacy left by her paternal grandmother, the original Niuku.
