Touhfa RAHALI-TELLIER is a Franco-Moroccan executive who graduated from ENSAIT and HEC Paris, with over twenty years of experience in executive roles at iconic fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior Couture. She has held international leadership and general management roles in strategic markets—Hong Kong, China, and France—where she led transformations that drove growth and enhanced brand desirability. Most recently, she served as General Manager for France & Monaco at Christian Dior Couture. At Louis Vuitton, as Global Director of Men’s Leather Goods and Travel and a member of the Extended Executive Committee, she worked closely for over three years with Virgil Abloh; an experience that reinforced her conviction that fashion is one of the most powerful vehicles for dialogue between cultures. Drawing on an international background and a constant curiosity about cultures and craftsmanship, she embodies a vision of luxury that combines high standards, the passing down of traditions, and an openness to the world. A graduate of Harvard University’s “Women on Boards” Program and certified in Artificial Intelligence, she is also active as a Business Angel with Moroccan Founders, a network dedicated to supporting Moroccan startups. As a member of the Africa Fashion Up jury, she supports a new generation of African talent, convinced that creativity is an essential driver of the continent’s cultural and economic influence.
