Vanessa Moungar is a French-Chadian executive specializing in diversity, inclusion, and development issues. After studying international business and earning a master's degree in management from Harvard, she began her career in consulting and entrepreneurship before joining the World Economic Forum, where she leads initiatives for the development of the African continent.

In 2017, she became Director of the Gender, Women, and Civil Society Department at the African Development Bank, where she leads important programs for women's empowerment and equal opportunities. She is also a member of the Presidential Council for Africa, an advisory body responsible for strengthening relations between France and African countries.

Since 2021, Vanessa Moungar has been Director of Inclusion & Diversity for the LVMH group. In this role, she oversees the global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy for the group's 75 brands, ensuring greater representation, equality, and social impact within the company. She is now a leading figure in D&I policies on an international scale.
